We were surprised to hear that some of SEA Games 2017 shooters were actually from a a group of 18-volunteers. Damn it! How do we, the art, film, picture professionals live with it when a government agency brought our industry to a new low.
Obviously there's nothing wrong having volunteers as the sub-team, to add the extra hands, or whatever you want to call it (oh we don't discuss workmanship - but a professional fee indeed) - But official team (paid) is a must isn't it? Do they even hire a professional camera crew? Here's the article that just hit the industry player right in the face.
This is exactly the same things that's happening to our art professionals, video production house, crews, photographers, MUA and the influencer/talents.
